Turbulence, Complex Flows & Active Matter
Kim Kreienkamp is studying physics at University of Göttingen. For her bachelor’s thesis she worked on the statistical analysis of velocity fluctuations in a model wind farm in the group of Dr. Michael Wilczek at the MPIDS. During her master’s degree she spent one semester abroad at University of Technology Sydney. Kim returned to Dr. Michael Wilczek’s group for her master’s thesis, where she currently works on the derivation and investigation of continuum models for active matter systems.
