A) Pattern formation in colonies of Dictysotelium discoideum cells:
- Flow-driven instabilities
- Phase-locked patterns in the presence of external pulses of cAMP
- Theoretical modeling and numerical simulations of flow-driven instabilities

 B) Actin-based motility
- Computational models for cell motility and cell morphology

 C) Synthetic biology: artificial cilia and cilia-driven motility
