LFPB - Software
PMADRA (Poly-Multiplicity Airborne Disease Risk Assemment)
Software suite to help evaluate infection risks (aerosol risk only) and infectious aerosol concentrations in indoor environments in the presence of an airborne disease using a Well-Riley formulation that explicitly considers the number of pathogen copies per aerosol (each aerosol has 0, 1, 2, ... pathogen copies in them). This is a poly-pathogen model rather than a mono-pathogen model. The model is described by our manuscript:
Freja Nordsiek, Eberhard Bodenschatz & Gholamhossein Bagheri. Risk assessment for airborne disease transmission by poly-pathogen aerosols. accepted (2021)
arXiv: 2011.14118 [q-bio.QM]
medRxiv: 2020.11.30.20241083
The software suite is composed of two packages, both of which have MIT licenses. Note that the manuscript used version 0.2.1 of both packages.
